Pat and Tom
Pat and Tom are former Minnesotans who found beauty, wonderful theater and a new life in a place they had never heard of; fifteen years later Ashland remains a delightful discovery. Both born and raised in St. Paul we graduated from Central high school in the same class. Pat was a physical therapist (“am a physical therapist” she yells from the next room) and Tom operated a business they owned that was a dealer for lake shore equipment; a big business in the Land of 10,000 Lakes. A chance stay in Ashland while on vacation caused them to fall in love with the town and it’s main attraction, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. They quit their jobs, sold their business, sold their house and moved to Ashland nine months later. Fifteen years later they still love the town, their business and their guests at the B&B.
