Now over 100 years old, Ashland’s 4th of July Celebration is one of the many events that make it such a great small town visit on the holidays. The festivities begin early with a morning run followed by a parade that the entire town turns out for. It just may be the biggest small town parade on the West Coast, complete with synchronized fighter jet flyovers.

Ashland is known for its food scene, and the 4th of July Celebration offers access to the best of full range of local foods, from food carts to fine dining. Local talent takes the stage at the Lithia Park Band Shell for the afternoon, and the holiday concludes late that evening with a spectacular fireworks display illuminating our corner of the Rogue Valley. 4th of July in Ashland is a kid-friendly spectacle and a memory work making for any young family forming its first holiday traditions.
